Authentication

WhatsSpot uses a secure passwordless authentication system based on your mobile number and One-Time Passwords (OTP). This ensures high security and ease of access.

Logging In​

  1. Navigate to the Login Page.
  2. Select your country code and enter your mobile number.
  3. Click Request OTP.
  4. Check your phone for a 6-digit code.
  5. Enter the code on the screen to access your dashboard.

[!NOTE] If you don't receive an OTP within 2 minutes, you can request a resend.

Session Management​

  • Security: Your session is secured with a hardened cookie.
  • Expiration: Sessions are valid for 7 days. You will need to re-verify your mobile number after this period.
  • Logout: You can log out at any time from the account menu in the dashboard to end your session immediately.
